Expo2020 Job The role of the HR function is to provide quality HR services to attract, develop, motivate and retain a diverse workforce, create and maintain a supportive work environment, delivered with an emphasis on strong customer service, consultation and communication. Opportunity Responsibilities The Senior HR Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of activities related to Human Resources Shared services function to meet departmental goals. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Execute the Hiring & Leave administration action is SAP, In-charge to maintain/update employee related data to SAP; - Prepare monthly reports and summarize the action plan (eg., pending leave, missing data,) and follow-up to get those gaps closed and updated in SAP; - Follow-up with HRBP for unpaid leave, exceptional leave memo to documents with necessary approval and updated to the personal file and ensure the employee benefits undertaking and waiver letter forms are validated and the updated to the tracker as well as to SAP; - Monthly reconciliation with Insurance company report and act to close the same and ensure members complaints are resolved, if not escalate with recommendation to line manager; - Monthly audit of members against the benefits undertaking and waiver as well as with payroll team, any discrepancy, prepare the action plan and close the gap. If not solved report to the line manager; - Ensure pre-arrangement for on-boarding process is in place by ensuring SAP ID, Security access card is completed in time and Work closely and take lead with HRSS/Onboarding/Payroll team with result-oriented approach in any HR policy & Rewards projects; - Execute the off-boarding process in coordination with all stakeholders, and ensure if any exemption (Visa / medical insurance extension) necessary approval is obtained also once online End of service check list is completed, the same need to be shared with payroll for final clearance in coordination with HRBP and leaver; - If any discrepancy, follow-up with respective employee and or HRBP to get the updated version and amend the tracker as well in SAP.
2+ years of experience in a similar field, as well as: - A Bachelor's Degree within a relevant field; - Hands on experience in SAP HR experience (Hiring & Leave); - Attention to details, result oriented, diplomatic, friendly, assertive and customer centric; - Genuine in closing employee queries; - Strong communication skills- written and oral; - Fluent in Business English.
