Assist in full cycle recruitment process for all positions Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires Develop and implement training programs for existing employees Maintain training records and track employee progress Assist with the development of job descriptions and performance standards
2+ year experience in recruitment or training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of HR principles and practices
