• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about company's products and services. • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information. • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th or Diploma • Proven experience as a tele caller or in a customer service role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, Email and CRM software.
