• Manage front desk operations, including handling visitor management. • Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining office organization. • Handle vendor management and coordinate office events. • Ensure timely payment of utility bills. • Support recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, and maintain employee records. • Facilitate employee engagement activities and assist with HR policies.
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred). • Prior experience in Office admin or Front Desk support is an advantage. • Excellent communication and organizational skills
