• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch, • Provide excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of the Kochi branch, • Direct visitors to the appropriate officer as per their concern. • The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as per request • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, pins, forms etc.) • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) • Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Candidate must be graduate • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Customer service attitude • Should be local or native from Kochi, Kerala • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Basic computer and MS office knowledge
