Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to customer queries. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets with consistent performance. Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through professional communication.
Qualification: Plus Two / Degree in any discipline Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply) Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills Confidence, persistence, and a goal-oriented attitude Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel reporting will be an added advantage
