Help monitor system performance, security logs, and backups. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with IIS, DNS, DHCP, and basic PowerShell scripting. Learn and support VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments. Help maintain network security (firewalls, VPNs, updates). Follow IT policies, procedures, and assist senior admins in daily operations.
