• Talent Sourcing & Networking • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specifications, team dynamics, and required qualifications. • Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media, referrals, and talent databases. • Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and recurring positions. • Screening & Selection • Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. • Conduct phone or video screenings to assess communication skills, professional experience, and cultural fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hiring policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements. • Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and internal HR policies.
MBA in HR stream/ Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% 2-5 years of experience in Non IT recruitment
