• Counsel students about academic opportunities. • Recommend suitable courses and programs based on their goals. • Communicate via calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face discussions. • Maintain student data in Excel/CRM and ensure accurate follow-ups. • Achieve enrollment and counseling targets with integrity. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. • Mentor new advisors when required.
1–2 years of experience in student counseling / admissions / tele sales. Strong spoken & written English communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus. Results-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
