• Provide administrative support across departments to ensure smooth daily operations. • Assist with Acre system support, including updating records, managing user data, and handling queries. • Perform data migration activities accurately and efficiently. • Manage and update the company’s social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency. • Handle publishing, organising, and archiving media files (images, videos, and documents). • Coordinate with the marketing and compliance teams for content approvals before publishing. • Maintain internal documentation and ensure data integrity across all systems. • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills. • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. • Familiarity with CRM or data management tools (experience with Acre preferred). • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
